FREE FOCUS PLANNER

Build a focus schedule for today

Enter how much time you have and choose focus and break intervals. The planner estimates a practical schedule that fits your window. It creates a plan only; it does not start the timer automatically.

Customize your schedule

A useful starting point is 25 minutes of focus, a 5-minute short break, and a 15-minute long break after every four sessions. Change any value to fit your day.

How to use your schedule

  1. Choose one task to move forward and make it small enough to complete or meaningfully advance in one session.
  2. Plan a simple break action—drink water, walk briefly, or stretch—instead of automatically checking messages or feeds.
  3. If a task takes longer than expected, reduce the number of sessions or adjust the interval. Treat the result as a starting point, not a rigid rule.
  4. Your plan is calculated in this page and is not saved to a server. Copy it to your own notes if you want to keep it.
What is Pomodoro? Pomodoro is a time-management approach that divides work into focused intervals with breaks. The word means “tomato” in Italian. Read the Pomodoro guide for the 25/5 starting routine and ways to adapt it.

Frequently asked questions

Do Pomodoro sessions always have to be 25 minutes?

No. Twenty-five minutes is a common starting point. Adjust the interval for reading, memorization, writing, short tasks, or your energy level.

Does the planner start the timer automatically?

No. It estimates the schedule only. Open the timer page and start the timer when you are ready.

Is my plan stored on a server?

No. The values are used in your browser to calculate and display the schedule. The planner does not send the plan to an operator account or database.

Why doesn’t the planned time always use every minute?

A break is added only when there is enough time for the break and another focus session. The break after the final session is not included. Any leftover time can be used for setup, review, or a buffer.
